As part of the site's redevelopment, the entire building will undergo a comprehensive renovation and modernisation. The front entrance will be upgraded with a new canopy and facade, enhancing its appearance.

We are committed to working closely with existing businesses/leaseholders to minimise disruption during the process. Shared communal areas will also see improvements to the windows, doors and lobby areas.

The lower floors at the rear of Stanmore Towers will undergo a comprehensive refurbishment to enhance both the aesthetic appeal and security of the building. The surrounding external ground floor areas will be revitalised with high-quality landscaping, creating a more welcoming environment.

Additionally, the servicing area will be upgraded to meet modern standards, addressing concerns such as fly-tipping, improving waste management and overall cleanliness, while also ensuring safety.

A new secure cycle storage facility will be introduced at the rear of the building to align with sustainability goals.
