Welcome to our website which gives detailed information of our exciting plans to modernise and redevelop Stanmore Towers, 2-16 Church Road, Stanmore.

Our plans seek to transform the current tired-looking building, designed in the 1960s, into an attractive modern development for the companies located there, and the residents who live there.

There are plans to add 9 much needed new homes to the site, and there will be improvements to the general aesthetic of the building.

We held a drop-in public exhibition on Thursday 13th March 2025 from 2pm to 8pm at Bernays Memorial Hall, Stanmore. Our team was in attendance to explain our proposals and answer any questions. The exhibition boards can be seen here.
